Moving to a new location is a major transition.  I know firsthand what goes into the move!

I understand that there are several moving parts that you must coordinate before you can officially call the Wilmington area “Home” and I am here to assist you in streamlining the relocation process.

We start with an interview.  We are asking as many questions we can to get the best sense of the who, what, when and most importantly where from you.  From there I will help you pull together information on schools, neighborhoods, local market conditions, dining and entertainment options and more as we navigate the early stages of your home search.

House Hunting In a new Era

 

My process seeks to make the most of your time.  I offer a wide array of scouting options to help you find the best home. Our most popular program is the virtual tour. This allows you to schedule a live, remote tour at a time and place that work best for you.  These virtual tours enable you see a home beyond what the photos offer and gives you the ability to explore the home in detail.

We also offer custom recorded tours that allow you to take a closer look at specific areas of interest. Our clients find these videos helpful because you can review and playback those features of most importance to you.

Once we have narrowed down the list, we schedule an in person visit. In order to make the best use of your time here in the Wilmington area, we coordinate home viewing along with local area tours and recommendations.

 

Managing Long Distance Home Purchases

 

If you are nervous about managing a purchase from afar, we have you covered! Our transaction management system makes it easy for you to stay up to date on the purchase of your new home. We send you ongoing updates throughout the process while attending inspections and other meetings as your designated representative.
