Tricia Bursell

Originally from Rhode Island, I moved to Wilmington, NC after teaching middle school students for over 20 years.  This experience, coupled with my graduate degree in administration, has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings.

I  have been working in real estate in some capacity for over 25 years, beginning with the purchase of my first investment property that I flipped for a substantial profit in 2003.  Since this time I have flipped dozens of properties, own and manage investment properties, and am a full-time realtor.

Clients often describe me as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around.  I enjoy spending time on my boat, snuggling with my dog Teddy and traveling.
